A2LA Accreditation

Here at Prescott Instruments we ensure quality by adhering to international standards, and we are happy to announce that we are accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA).

A2LA have a strong reputation for excellence in accreditation, and have international recognition gained through meeting strict program standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and the International Accreditation Forum (IAF).

Our Scope of Accreditation provides traceability of measurement to recognised national standards and to the units of measurement realised at the National Physical Laboratory.

Calibration

The calibration of force testing equipment can be performed in accordance with our A2LA accreditation both in-house and at customer sites. All of our calibrations are traceable to national standards.

Our calibration procedures conform to international ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standards and also meet the requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 and any additional program requirements in the field of calibration.
