Service and Calibration
Prescott Instruments Ltd is committed to customer service, ensuring the needs of its customers are met and our team of engineers is supporting a wide range of products in the UK and overseas. Service and calibration contracts are offered on a wide range of equipment, with all procedures conforming to our ISO9001:2000 certification and all calibrations being traceable to national standards. Customers may choose to take out a service contact to cover their equipment, or indeed it may be preferable to arrange for service and calibration visits as and when required. Our flexibility allows for both scenarios without any penalties to the customer. Our charges are amoungst the lowest in the industry, with no expensive extras such as mileage allowance or engineers expenses. A comprehensive stock of parts for most rubber testing equipment is available, with most parts being available for next day delivery. |
