Prescott Instruments Coronavirus Statement

As a responsible company, the health and safety of our staff, our partners and our customers are our highest priority as we face the challenges of the Coronavirus. To minimise the risk of infection as far as possible, Prescott Instruments Ltd. are following all guidelines issued by Public Health England and reviewing our own policies daily, keeping our staff fully informed.

Having implemented strict social distancing protocols, our manufacturing facility remains fully operational. We are confident that we can maintain normal levels of business and safely meet our customers’ needs and requirements.

As soon as we are able to travel, our service engineers will be able to undertake instrument service and calibration on site, provided that safety measures are adhered to at client facilities. In the meantime, our engineers can provide support and advice remotely.

In line with government recommendations, our staff have been working at home wherever possible. We will, however, aim to maintain a skeleton staff within the office to act as a point of contact during normal business hours. All enquiries will be responded to in a timely manner. Our sales and technical teams are ready to assist our customers, wherever they are located, using video conferencing and online support.

We remain flexible and proactive, so that we can adapt quickly to any further developments in these challenging circumstances. We will continue to update you as new information becomes available.
